• Your Organization: Administrators within your organization may access observation, evaluation, and coaching data as part of normal platform operations.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of TeamOptix, our users, or others.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If your organization deactivates your membership, your data may be retained in accordance with your organization's policies. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
